Phronesis is the complete pathway from your first care-skill module to a verified placement in a UK, Irish, Portuguese, or Luxembourgish care setting. We train you, certify you, prepare your visa file, and place you — under one roof.

Most providers stop at the certificate. Phronesis treats the certificate as step two of four. Each stage has its own dedicated faculty, materials, and assessment — you progress only when the previous stage is signed off.

No, not before you apply. You can begin training and certification while waiting on your IELTS / OET / SELT result. Most candidates take their language test in parallel with Modules 01–04. You’ll need a recognised English certification before placement, but not before enrolment.
Our placement target is under 90 days from completion. If we don’t hand-match you to a verified employer within 12 months of completion through circumstances on our side, your placement fee is refunded in full. Your training certifications and CPD record remain yours regardless.
Yes. Our Care Certificate is mapped 1:1 to the official Skills for Care induction framework — the version employers and CQC inspectors recognise on audit. Each certificate carries a unique verification ID employers can confirm via our public ledger. If your inspector wouldn’t accept it, we wouldn’t sell it.
Yes, on every tier. Bronze splits over 3 months, Silver over 6, Gold over 9. Instalments are interest-free; you only pay the headline programme fee. No credit check, no deposit beyond the first month.
Not necessarily. We assess prior qualifications during application and can credit you for modules where your existing certification meets the equivalent UK / EU framework standard. Most experienced nurses complete only the placement-readiness track (Modules 07–09) plus Care Certificate top-up.
A vetted Phronesis Care Link partner employer in your chosen jurisdiction. You sign your contract directly with them — not with us. Phronesis is not a recruitment agency taking a per-placement commission; we charge candidates a fixed programme fee and our partners pay nothing per candidate. That keeps incentives aligned with the candidate, not the employer.
Six to twelve months end-to-end, depending on tier and your existing qualifications. Training (Step 01) takes 2–4 months self-paced. Certification (Step 02) is issued within 48 hours. Visa preparedness (Step 03) averages 6–10 weeks. Placement (Step 04) targets under 90 days from completion. You can pause and resume between stages without losing progress.
Each package combines training, certification, and placement support. Bronze covers UK only; Silver adds Ireland and Luxembourg; Gold covers all four markets including Portugal. Instalment plans available on every tier.
